FitByStyle – Returns, Exchanges & Cancellations Policy
Refund Policy
- If you request a refund for a single item, ₹100 will be deducted as a reverse shipping charge.
- For multiple t-shirt returns, a fee of ₹50 per item will be deducted.
- For multiple sweatshirts or hoodies, ₹100 per item will be deducted from your refund.
Exchange Policy
- A fixed charge of ₹100 must be paid in advance for all exchanges, regardless of how many items are being exchanged.
Pickup Attempts
- Our delivery partners will make three pickup attempts for returns. If all attempts fail, you’ll need to inform us so we can reschedule the request.
Refunds for Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders
- Refunds for COD purchases will be processed via UPI or bank transfer based on the details you provide in the return request form.
Return Guidelines
- You have 5 days from the date of reception of the product for placing a return/exchange request.
- Items must be returned in their original, unused condition, Tags must be intact. Refunds will not be issued for damaged, used, or worn products.
- It may take up to 7 days for your return to be processed, and refunds will reflect in your account accordingly.
- Shipping and COD fees are non-refundable.

Cancellations & Non-Returnable Items
Order Cancellations
- If your order has not yet been shipped, you may cancel it.
- Prepaid orders canceled after 24 hours or after dispatch will incur a ₹100 deduction from the refund amount.
Items Not Eligible for Return
- To ensure hygiene, specific categories like innerwear (boxers, briefs, trunks) cannot be returned.
- Fitbystyle reserves the right to update this list at any time without prior notice.
Additional Terms & Conditions
Bank Details & Refund Processing
- Refunds will be processed using the bank details provided by the customer. Any errors in these details are the customer’s responsibility.
Undelivered Shipments
- If a prepaid order cannot be delivered due to an incorrect address or contact details, ₹100 will be deducted from the refund.
- If the customer requests redelivery after a failed attempt, an additional ₹100 will be charged.
Missing Deliveries
- If you receive a delivery notification but have not received your package, contact us within 24 hours.
Product Issues & Care
- Customers must take proper care of their items while they remain in their possession.
- If you believe there is a defect or issue with your order, email us at fitbystyle.com@gmail.com with product details and images within 24 hours of receipt.
- Refund eligibility will be confirmed after inspection, and refunds typically process within 10-15 working days from approval.
